I have been licensed in California since 1989, and I have spent those years helping Bay Area families buy and sell — and connecting them with the people who make a move easier. Whether you are selling on the Peninsula or looking for the right town to buy in anywhere from San Francisco to Napa, call me and let's talk it through.

Consultant. Agent. Connector.

I have held a California real estate license since 1989, and in that time the Bay Area has changed almost beyond recognition. What has not changed is how a good move happens: through someone who knows the neighbourhoods, knows the people, and can make the right introduction at the right moment. I call myself a real estate consultant as well as an agent because most of the job is advice — when to sell, what to fix, which town suits the way you live — and the connections I have made since 1989 are there to be used for my clients.
A consultant, an agent and a connector.

Advice before a listing.
In the Bay Area the difference between a good sale and a great one is usually decided before the house goes live: what to repair, what to stage, when to list and how to price against the handful of truly comparable sales. Doing exactly that since 1989, and the relationships to get it done quickly.

The right town, and the right introduction.
San Francisco or the Peninsula, Silicon Valley or Napa: schools, space, commute and character differ a great deal from one town to the next. And in the Bay Area, the right house is sometimes found through a conversation rather than a portal.
